!! IMPORTANT REMINDERS - PLEASE READ THIS IN FULL !!

SIGN UP ON TIME. This form will close at 11:30AM on Sunday.

• If you DON'T need a ride anymore/want to change which campus you want to get picked up from, LET US KNOW ASAP.
• Your drivers will contact you around 1:00 PM with pickup details.
• If in doubt, be at your designated campus student center by 1:30 PM.
• If you already organized rides with someone, you do not need to fill out this form.
